Hydrant Problem Slows Connecticut Firefighters

Firefighters had a problem with one of the hydrants and it took a few minutes to get the water flowing.

A house in Berlin was destroyed in a fire that broke out around 8 p.m.

The fire, on Becker Avenue, appears to have started at the back of the house, officials said.
