San Diego Marks Anniversary of Deadly Firestorm

Wednesday will be the third year since Firestorm, the cedar fire that started Oct. 25, 2003. Sergio Martinez, a lost hunter, was sentenced to five years probation for starting the blaze. In the three years since the fire, nearly all of the houses burned within the city of San Diego have been rebuilt, but in the county more than 1,000 homeowners have not replaced their houses.
