A San Antonio firefighter was indicted Tuesday night on a charge of aggravated assault of a private investigator back in June. Randy Rodriguez allegedly pointed a loaded gun at Daniel Lundquist who is a private eye, said officials. He had been hired to follow Rodriguez to determine if he filed a fraudulent worker's compensation claim, said a report. As a result of the indictment Rodriguez has been placed on temporary suspension by the fire department. Rodriguez now faces two to 20 years in prison, said officials. No trial date has been set.
