Connecticut Rescue Crews Pull Man from River

A man was pulled from the Jeremy River along River Road in Colchester Tuesday afternoon.

Firefighters told NBC 30 it appears the man was walking along with water when he slipped in.

Rescue crews said he may have been struggling in the water for as long as 30 minutes.

Lifestar helicopter took the man to Hartford hospital. There is no word on his condition
