Baltimore County fire officials are trying to find out what caused a 3-alarm fire that destroyed an apartment building and left dozens without a home.

Fire Collapses Apartment Complex Roof

The fire occurred Monday afternoon at the Cromwell Valley apartment complex in Towson. The fire quickly spread to three alarms before crews were able to contain the blaze.

It took more than 100 firefighters to fight the fire.
