Two Pennsylvania Firefighters Hurt Battling Blaze

The firefighters suffered minor smoke inhalation while battling a fire in an abandoned building.

Two firefighters suffered minor smoke inhalation while battling a fire in an abandoned building on McMahon Street Saturday morning.

Fire officials said the fire broke out around 11a.m. on the first floor of the three-story brick building, which has been vacant for nearly 10 years.

The two firefighters were treated at Mon Valley Hospital. The State Police Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of the fire.
