Pennsylvania Firefighters Suspended for Not Completing Training

Two high-ranking firefighters were suspended for not having state fire and EMT training mandated by the union contract.
Suspended were Assistant Fire Chief Robert Dee and Capt. Edward Smith, Dunmore Fire Chief Vince Arnone confirmed Wednesday. Both have been with the department since at least 1990, he said.
