Fire Takes a Life in Jersey City

(Jersey City-WABC, January 28, 2005 ) -- One person is dead after a fire in a Jersey city building.
The victim, an unidentified man, was found in the basement of a building on Bramhall avenue just after midnight.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Flames shot out from the basement and first floor windows as firefighters battled the two-alarm blaze.
There were no other injuries.
