Walnut Creek, California House Destroyed In Blaze
A two-alarm fire gutted a house at 126 Cafeto Ct. before dawn Friday.
Engines were called at 2:27 a.m., and the blaze was under control by 3 a.m., according to a statement from the Contra Costa Fire District.
Nobody was injured. The fire did about $750,000 in damage to the building. Its cause remains under investigation.
