Queens, New York House Fire Kills Woman
(New York-WABC, November 8, 2004 ) -- In Queens, a fast moving electrical fire has killed a 62 -year- old woman in Whitestone. The fire broke out around 10:30pm Sunday on 19th Avenue at Murray Street.
Firefighters forced their way into the house. They found Theresa Vann-Laar in cardiac arrest from smoke inhalation.
She was treated by medics, but she die before she reached Flushing Hospital.
The fire is not considered suspicious.
