Fayetteville, North Carolina Firefighters Take More Than a Week to Put Out Warehouse Fire

FAYETTEVILLE, NC -- The fire is out at a warehouse in Fayetteville. Fire investigators are still trying to pinpoint the cause of the blaze.

It took firefighters more than a week to put out the fire, at the Old Lakedale Manufacturing Plant.

Investigators must determine if there's a connection to another fire at a nearby business. Fayetteville police say investigators haven't determined the cause of that second fire. However, it is suspicious.

The investigation into the warehouse fire won't begin until it is safe for firefighters to enter the building.
