Former Lexington, Kentucky Firefighter Cleared On Murder Charge
Lexington, KY -- A retired Lexington firefighter is cleared on murder charges. A Fayette County grand jury did not indict Lucian Anderson.
He was charged with murder in the December shooting death of 19-year-old Luis Alfredo Garcia.
He was found dead Christmas Day in a parked car on Rosalie Road. Police say the shooting followed a road rage incident involving Anderson's son.
