(Jersey City-WABC, June 2, 2005) -- A fourth-alarm fire shoots through several attacked homes in Jersey City, New Jersey this morning.
Fire officials tell Eyewitness News the blaze spread through the cocklofts of several two-story homes on Summit Avenue just before 4:30 this morning. Fire spread from building to building through the roof area.
Residents were evacuated and no injuries were immediately reported.
Up to four of the homes sustained smoke and water damage.
