Fire investigators will look for what sparked a fire at theCastleview Baptist Church.

A Lawrence Township firefighter was slightly injured fighting the two-alarm blaze.

The fire started around 11:30 Saturday night at 86th Street and Hague Road. When flames broke through the roof, the firefighters had to fight the fire from the outside of the building, since it wasn't safe to fight it from the inside. Crews from Washington Township and the Fishers Fire Department also responded to help fight the blaze.

As soon as word of the fire spread, members of the church community gathered at the scene. Troy Cooper the Youth Pastor at the church says, "We prayed for the firemen that they would be protected. We prayed that God's name would be glorified. This is just a building, the church is a body of believers, it's not a building. We'll worship him no matter where we are."

A church Elder says they plan to hold church services in the gymnasium part of the church complex.
