4-Alarm Blaze Engulfs Virginia Old Phillip Morris Building
A massive blaze tore through the old Phillip Morris building yesterday.
The fire erupted at the building on Stockton and Commerce Streets at 2:30p.m. The building was under renovation when sparks flying from pipes being cut by a workman ignited some near by construction material.
