WASHINGTON (AP) -- Another fire has been set at a D.C. apartment building that's been the scene of at least a half-dozen suspicious fires this month.

Firefighters responded to a trash fire at the Capital Park Plaza Apartments in the 200-block of Eye Street in S.W., early Monday, according to a D.C. Fire and Rescue spokesman.

It had been set in the trash room on the 5th floor. No one was hurt but the building had to be evacuated.

Fire department officials are working with building management to try and figure out who is setting the fires. Since Feb., 4th, the fire department has responded to seven fires at the building - all involving burned trash or fires being set in the trash room.

About a year ago a series of similar fires took place at the same building.
