An overnight fire burned a Green Hills business to the ground early Tuesday morning.

The flames shot out the roof from a two-alarm fire at a publishing company the corner of Abbott Martin Road and Cleghorn Avenue, across from the Mall at Green Hills. Firefighters were called to the scene around 2:45 am. The fire had already spread throughout the building, leaving firefighters to take a defensive stance and let it burn out.

There is no word yet exactly how many businesses were lost in the fire. No one was injured.
