Ex-Firefighter Dodges Jail For Abuse

Hero-turned-sicko firefighter Kenneth Dorsey was sentenced in Manhattan yesterday to 10 years on probation for attempting to sexually abuse a 10-year-old girl.

"I hope Kenny regrets what he did," the girl wrote in a victim-impact statement read aloud at the sentencing of Kenneth Dorsey, 41.

Dorsey, now fired, was a veteran Chelsea firefighter who helped rescue people at the World Trade Center on 9/11.

"It was wrong," the girl said of Dorsey's alleged abuse.
