Frederick County, VA -- Judi Stotler's fearful sobs turned to cries of joy and relief when her 1-year-old sheep dog, Sunni, ran to freedom from her burning apartment Tuesday afternoon.
Frederick County fire and rescue crews work to put out a blaze at the Autumn Wind apartment complex off North Frederick Pike Tuesday afternoon. Billows of black smoke were visible in Stephens City; investigators are not sure what caused the blaze.
