Lawsuit Not Yet Decided for Deceased Pennsylvania Firefighter

Frederick County, MD -- A lawsuit charging Maryland authorities with the wrongful death of a Pennsylvania firefighter remains unsettled in a Frederick County, Md. court.

James and Shirley Waybright of Mount Joy Township have sued Frederick County for the wrongful death of their son, Andrew, in July 2002.

Lawyers for both sides presented arguments last week to Judge Julie Stevenson Solt.

"At the end, the judge decided to take all the (arguments and briefs) under advisement," said Waybrights
