COLLEGE PARK, Md. (AP) -- A boarded-up fraternity house in College Park caught fire early this morning, and fire investigators say it looks suspicious.

Prince George's County Fire spokesman Chauncey Bowers says the empty house in the 4600 block of Norwich Avenue was used as a fraternity house but had been abandoned.

Bowers says they're still investigating the cause of the fire. But damage estimates have been set at zero because the building was scheduled for demolition.

Firefighters responded to the blaze at about 6:20 a-m. One firefighter received minor injuries.

Bowers says initial reports indicate that the fire started in the basement.
