WINTER PARK, Fla. (AP) -- A flash fire in a hospital basement seriously injured two men Wednesday.
The fire at Winter Park Memorial Hospital was quickly contained and no patients were hurt.
``There's no danger to anyone in the building now,'' Winter Park fire chief Jim White said. ``They (hospital) are on emergency power.''
According to White, the men were working on an electrical panel when it exploded. The two, whose identities have not been released, were treated at the scene before being transferred to another hospital because of burns.
The explosion forced the hospital to divert incoming emergency room patients to other hospitals.
