The state medical examiner has now determined what killed a Cheatham County man, and it isn't what his family claimed.

Dr. Bruce Levy's office says that Fred Adams died from an aneurysm. On the other hand, his family says that a paramedic repeatedly punched Adams on the way to the hospital. The EMS director says that the paramedic defended himself after Adams became combative.
