(Muncie) - A tire recycling company is blaming negligence by Center Township firefighters for creating a worse situation while fighting a fire last August.
The blaze broke out at the CR-3 tire recycling plant on Muncie's south side. CR-3 of Indiana says that its employees had the fire under control until the Center Township fire department showed up and made them stop.
