One Killed, Ohio Firefighter Injured in House Fire

South Lebanon, OH -- One person was killed and a firefighter was hurt in a North Main Street house fire this afternoon, officials said.

Seven fire departments were called to battle the blaze, which was reported at around 1 p.m., and the state fire marshal's office also was summoned, said Frank Young, director of the Warren County Emergency Management Agency.

By 2 p.m., the county coroner's office said it had been notified that someone died in the fire.

Officials said further information is expected to be released within the next few hours.
