Chicago Fire Department Impliments Changes After Fatal High Rise Fire

Sept. 20, 2004
Fire Commissioner Cortez Trotter will announce changes in the department that will hold every firefighter accountable for on-the-job performance, especially when fighting high-rise fires, NBC5's Kim Vatis reported Monday morning.
