The blaze was discovered about 10 a.m. when the farm's owner saw heavy smoke and flames billowing above the barn, said Flanders Fire Department spokesman Doug Fenichel. Firefighters fought the blaze for an hour and a half and contained it to a single room, preventing the flames from spreading to an adjacent equipment barn.
