Three New Jersey Firefighters Injured Battling Apartment Fire

Twelve fire engines and 45 firefighters responded to the Union city apartment fire that injured three firefighters.
Three firefighters were injured putting out a two-alarm blaze in Union City Wednesday night, but the building's occupants escaped unscathed officials said.

Firefighter Jose Pujols broke his wrist, Capt. John Woltmann injured his elbow, and Capt. Dominick Rovito injured his elbow and shoulder, officials said.

No other injuries were reported.
