D.C. Window Washer Dangles From Building For An Hour Before Crews Arrive
A window washer spent a perilous hour hanging from near of the top of the Rayburn Office Building on Capitol Hill. The main pulley on the man's gear failed. U.S. Capitol Police tried to help the window washer.
