A Superior Court judge has sided with city firefighters in a dispute over bereavement days.
TRENTON - A Superior Court judge has sided with city firefighters in a dispute over bereavement days.

In doing so, Judge Neil H. Shuster dismissed a lawsuit filed by the city administration that sought to overturn a state arbitrator's ruling in favor of the city's firefighters' union.

The firefighters are eligible for four days of duty leave when an immediate family member dies.
