A Mass for Michael G. Salvatore, 82, of Nutley will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday in St. Marys Church, Nutley, after the funeral from the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Ave., Nutley.

Mr. Salvatore died Sunday in the Clara Maass Medical Center, Belleville.

A fire fighter, he served with the Newark Fire Department and Rescue Squad for 30 years before retiring in 1981.
