PLAINSBORO - Fire yesterday damaged four apartments in a building under construction at the Barclay Village development on Seminary Drive, police said.
The two-alarm blaze, reported shortly after 10 a.m., was believed to have been caused by a propane heater that overturned. Damage was estimated at $400,000, police said.
One worker, Jose O. Hernandez-Lemus, 21, of Lakewood, suffered minor burns to his face and head, police said, adding that he was transported by ambulance to University Medical Center at Princeton for treatment.
