PHILADELPHIA -- Fire ripped through a three-story apartment building, killing one man and injuring four people, NBC 10 reported.

Among the injured in the fire were a pregnant woman and two children, authorities said.

It happened in the 1100 block of Leopard Street late Saturday night in the Fishtown section of Philadelphia.

Early on Sunday morning, a firefighter was rushed to the hospital while battling a fire in the Kensington section of Philadelphia.

Authorities said he suffered second-degree burns to his leg.

The fire broke out in the 800 block of East Madison Street.
