New Jersey Fire Company Is Seeking Closure

    BRIDGETON -- The freeholders will be voting on a resolution next week which would allow part of Cornwell Drive to be closed for a classic car show hosted by Upper Deerfield Fire Co. No. 3.

    Freeholder Director Doug Rainear said the company is asking permission to close the road on Sunday, May 16, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and that the board is in the process of working out the details.

    Fire Company 3 is located on Cornwell drive, near the Carll's Corner area.
