As Mother and Daughter Reunite in Philadelphia, Calls for an Investigation into the Strange Case

A lawsuit is brewing against Philadelphia authorities over that case of the missing girl whose family had been told six years ago she died in a fire. The girls mother and several lawmakers want to know why police never launched a missing person search when her remains were never found.
