Last Friday, a letter was sent out by the Danvers, Massachusetts Town Manager Wayne Marquis, to notify the Danvers Fire Department of firefighter Albert James Oulette’s sex change. Albert started the process to become Alishia Virginia Oulette. Alishia goes by the name Ali now.
