Cops confiscated the tent used by the Engine 212 Community Action Group, whose members have kept a 24-hour watch at the house on 136 Wythe Ave. in Williamsburg since it closed in the spring.
"They didn't tell me why," said Leonides Reyes, who was in the tent when the cops arrived.
Cops also took a sledgehammer to a concrete block denouncing Mayor Bloomberg in bright yellow spray paint.
"I was asking them, 'Where's the ticket? Where's the summons?' But they wouldn't answer me," said Paul Veneski, 39.
"The fight is not over by a long shot," he said. "If it doesn't reopen by Nov. 2, we're going to block the New York City Marathon. We'll stop it dead in its tracks."
Police said the protesters were warned Tuesday to remove their belongings from the site so it could be cleared yesterday. They reported no arrests.
