Drowning Death Has Residents Puzzled, Saddened
A 2-year-old, who did not drown, was found with a floatation device. Two brothers who apparently went swimming with him and his father's fiance, were found without them. Inner tubes were found in the area, said Bradley Kennedy, the fire chief.
