Beaufort County To Use Port Royal Railroad In Patient Evacuations

Beaufort County and South Carolina Public Railways have teamed up to use the Port Royal Railroad to transport patients to Beaufort Memorial Hospital in the event of a hurricane evacuation of Beaufort County and the reversal of all four lanes of U.S. 21 in Beaufort.
