Speeding Car With People in Trunk Catches Fire in California

Police arrested Mexican national Carlos Valenzuela-Cota, 22, on Monday when the car he was driving to transport illegal immigrants from the Mexican border to Orange County hit the center divider on El Toro Road at the San Joaquin (73) Toll Road and caught fire.
