Minneapolis Fire Guts Apartment Project

Timothy Moore stood in his back yard looking at the charred vehicles in what used to be his garage. He swatted at the clouds of smoke rolling over his house, still shocked that a fire that destroyed a development next to his house early Tuesday didn't do more damage to the neighborhood.
