Intentionally Setting Wildfire To Be Felony

A person who intentionally sets a wildfire in Arizona would be charged with a felony under a bill signed into law by Gov. Janet Napolitano. The bad news is, the measure won't take effect for months, possibly missing the bulk of the fire season.
