Ridge Talks Homeland Security at Fire Service Dinner

As keynote speaker, the pledges of Tom Ridge, Secretary of Homeland Security, to keep federal money available and in the hands of local firefighters, were received with applause and standing ovations at Wednesday night’s 15th Annual Congressional fire Services Institute dinner in Washington, D.C.
