Fire-Damaged Bywater Church To Be Restored

Despite the extensive damage caused by a four-alarm fire that raced through a landmark Bywater church Sunday night, Blessed Francis Xavier Seelos Church will be rebuilt, Archdiocese of New Orleans spokesman the Rev. William Maestri said Monday.
