A fire in a Winton Terrace apartment on Monday afternoon left a partially blind woman and her daughter without a home for the holidays. The fire started just after 12:30 p.m. at 12 King's Run Court when combustibles were put too close to a gas range during cooking, the Cincinnati Fire Department reported
