Sale of Lincoln Firehouse Slowed by Zoning Issues

LINCOLN -- The Planning Board recommended denial of the Fairlawn/Saylesville Fire District’s request for a zone change Wednesday, a change that would clear the way for the district to sell its vacant Smithfield Avenue station to a local landscaping and sprinkler installation company.
