Smoke Causes Harrisburg, PA Post Office Evacuation

Harrisburg's Main Post Office Evacuated Tuesday Night

Harrisburg's main post office was evacuated Tuesday night when the building began filling with smoke.

Firefighters traced the problem to a malfunctioning motor used in the building's air management system.

Once the smoke was cleared from the building, postal employees were allowed to return to work.

The post office is open Wednesday.
