Champlain, NY Spooky House Benefits Prevention Education

Here's a way you can get in a good spook and pick up some trick-or-treat candy too: Just head to Champlain Centres North.

Each year, local firefighters put on a fright-fest of sorts in the old Service Merchandise store. Organizers say there is a surprise around every corner.

All it takes to get in is a donation, which goes toward fire prevention education for kids.

The Haunted House is open on Halloween from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
