Investigation Continues Into Suspicious Durham House Fire

Investigators returned to the scene of a suspicious Durham house fire Tuesday, a day after a teen narrowly escaped the blaze. Police and firefighters believe the 16-year-old girl was bound by chains when the fire on American Drive started, but neither department will comment on the case.
