Fireman Bows Out of State of Union as Protest

Bob Beckwith, the retired firefighter whom President George W. Bush put his arm around while standing atop World Trade Center rubble, has decided not to attend tonight's State of the Union speech as part of a demonstration to call for more funds to help ailing rescue workers.
